A useful property collection goes beyond the front elevation. Entrances, loading areas, warehouse floors, office accommodation and architectural details help explain how a building works. The shot list depends on the property and the audience for the images.
For completed schemes, access and presentation matter. Before a visit, we discuss which areas are available, any activity on site and the intended use of the photographs. That helps us plan the views and the best available light.
The brief can cover a single unit or several properties. Tell us whether the images are for a brochure, website, letting campaign or investment material so that framing and delivery formats can be agreed in advance.
